Life Lesson: Nothing is worth death

There has been more attention to depression, mental health, and suicide lately with technology giving us more access to people’s person lives.  However, I’m here to say that nothing is worth ending your life over.  Remember that when a situation is tough it’s not that the person truly wants their life to end it’s that they want the feeling of helplessness to stop.  They want some kind of progress or action to rectify the situation or circumstances.  If the situation seems bleak, talk to someone or a group of people.  Don’t end your life.  When you have freedom rarely is something worth forfeiting the rest of your life experiences.
