Life Lesson: Max out assets

People are always looking for ways to enhance their financial resources.  Sometimes people pick up additional jobs, shifts, eliminate services, and or tighten their budget.  One thing people forget to do is get rid of inventory they have created from life.  People let furniture; appliances, and clothes collect dust in closets, basements, garages, and cabinets like unused inventory.  You have to get out of the mentality that it’s acceptable for old assets to sit around wasting away and buying time until they are thrown in the trash.  People rationalize not selling something 50 bucks because they bought it 5 years ago for $300.  Past purchases for unused assets are sunk costs.  You many times won’t get original value of idle item but you are guaranteed to get nothing as long as it sits around housing spiders.  Capitalize on the value of unused items that you no longer want, get rid of them, and keep it moving!
