Life Lesson: One day at a time

Sometimes our dreams seem too-tall of a task because we try to compare day 0 to-day 60.  For example, if you look at abstaining from a bad habit 60 days can seem like forever.  It would be easier to approach abstaining from the habit one day at a time.  Create daily mission critical goals for yourself and worry about getting through the present.  Tomorrow’s goals can stay in tomorrow.
